An email confirmation will be sent to you upon placing an order with Dragontrendtees. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. You can select your preferred shipping option on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with tracking details for your shipment as soon as your order ships. If, after five days, you have not received tracking information, kindly contact us.
 
It can take two to five business days for the system to update with new tracking information for certain shipping companies. If, after five days of placing the order, the tracking information is not updated, please contact us at our customer service email for quick assistance.

NOTE

Please confirm that all delivery information is correct. The delivery of your order may be delayed if we need to contact you to update any outdated or incomplete information.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

You can change your delivery address for a maximum of one day. Please email us at [email protected] if you need the address changed.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

The onus is on the buyer to make sure the shipping address is filled in correctly, especially the apartment number in a building. If you find that there are any problems with your delivery address within a day of placing your order, please email us at [email protected] and we will assist you in fixing it. If not, we will give you the carrier’s number so you can get in touch with them and update your address.

We use the one-way shipping service to reduce shipping costs as much as possible, so even though the tracking update shows that the package was “delivered to original sender,” this does not mean that it was returned to our warehouse address. Rather, it means that our shipping agency stored the package. Please be advised that we are unable to provide a refund for an item if:

– The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.

– You refuse the package.

– The package was failed to be delivered because of any problem relating to the shipping address you provided.

– You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or showing the “delivered” status.

We will only give you the shipping carrier information and the tracking number linked to your order so you may monitor your package if it is lost or missing and we have agreed to replace it.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Kindly place individual orders for every address you would like the products delivered to.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We are able to mail to PO Boxes, but not to Military APO/FPO addresses.

TAXES & DUTIES

The price of the item and the cost of shipping do not include import tariffs, taxes, local taxes, or other fees. Dragontrendtees‘s tax filing and payment are not the responsibility of Dragontrendtees. These fees, which differ from nation to nation, are the purchaser’s obligation.

Dragontrendtees does not collect import taxes or fees; all orders are placed on a “Delivery Duty Unpaid” (DDU) basis. Instead, based on the sales tax regulations of the place you are shipping to, the shipping company will invoice you after delivering your goods.
